How it works
Four steps, no surprises on the bill
You always know the price and whether it can be done before we touch your credential.
Bring it in, or send a photo
Walk in, or use the Fob Checker to send photos first so you know the price before you travel.
Free reading, exact price
We put your credential on a reader and identify the technology. You get the exact price and a yes-or-no on copyability before any work starts.
We write and verify the copy
The credential is written to a fresh blank, then tested against your original. Standard fobs take under five minutes; encrypted ones 10–20.
Backed for a full year
If your copy stops working at the building within twelve months, bring it back and we replace it free.
Identify before you travel
Not sure what fob you have?
Send us two photos and we will tell you the technology, whether it can be copied, and the exact price — before you make the trip.
Photos work for every fob
Both sides plus any printed part numbers is usually enough for us to identify the credential and quote you accurately.
Phone scanning is coming
We are building an app that reads 13.56 MHz credentials — MIFARE, DESFire, iCLASS — straight from your phone and prices them instantly.
But phones cannot read 125 kHz
No iPhone or Android has a 125 kHz antenna, so HID Prox, Kantech ioProx, AWID and Keri fobs are invisible to any phone. Photos remain the way to identify those.
